Production Administrator Established manufacturer Monday to Friday Flexible Hours £28,000 to £29,536 per annum - £13.50 - £14.20 Respected partner to the Aviation industry Great company culture We are working with a long standing client of ours based in Wythenshawe who are experts in the aviation industry and are looking for soft furnishing administrator. The Job To provide proactive administrative support to a busy production department. To be able to assist customers with their queries, stock enquiries, orders and deliveries remaining courteous and efficient at all times. To raise job packs Use of ERP database to raise job packs and all associated paperwork for both seat cover and curtain departments. To accurately raise purchase orders Controlling of stock and raising of purchase orders via in-house systems under the direction of the Production Manager. To accurately dispatch all seat covers and curtains, liaising with stores to ensure all orders are dispatched on time. To accurately maintain good stock control batching in and out all materials/components. Work with Production Manager to provide accurate stock information. To accurately complete all invoicing requirements. To issue accurate paperwork for all work going to sub-contractors via the in house systems, including offshore work. To check stock availability for all fabric and components, liaising and instructing production Stores staff when required.
