Product Test Engineer

This position focuses on Product Testing and Assurance and would suit an organised and technically minded individual with experience in product testing or quality control / assurance within an engineering or manufacturing environment.You should be confident coordinating multiple activities, communicating with internal and external stakeholders and maintaining accurate technical records.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Testing and Coordination: Support the planning and delivery of product testing and certification activities, attending internal and external test facilities to oversee testing arrangements and ensure compliance with agreed test plans.Test Logistics and Preparation: Coordinate test bookings, specimen preparation, transportation, equipment, documentation and site access, ensuring engineering drawings, specifications and product configurations are accurate and available before testing.Technical Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed testing records, including observations, photographs, results and supporting evidence. Review draft test reports, coordinate approvals and ensure certification documentation is accurately controlled and stored.Stakeholder and Supplier Liaison: Work closely with Engineering, Production, Projects, Quality, external laboratories and accredited certification bodies to coordinate testing programmes, resolve issues and communicate progress.Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Maintain awareness of relevant engineering standards, testing ..... full job details .....
