Description

• Ensure all products comply with relevant quality and safety standards within the retail industry.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address quality concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct regular product testing and analysis to maintain compliance and quality consistency.
• Maintain accurate records of product specifications and compliance certifications.
• Support the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Work closely with the design and buying teams to ensure product feasibility and compliance.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Provide technical guidance and advice to internal teams regarding product standards and regulations.

Profile

A successful Product Technologist should have:

• Experience in product development, quality assurance, or a similar role in the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of product compliance, safety standards, and testing procedures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with internal teams and suppliers.
• A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
