  • Experience creating and maintaining Bills of Materials within an MRP system.
  • Understanding of Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) principles.
  • Ability to produce accurate technical documentation and manage engineering changes.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks across multiple teams.

Desirable Experience

  • Knowledge of refrigeration components and systems, including compressors, evaporators and heat exchangers.
  • Understanding of beverage dispensing systems, including pumps, valves, carbonation and flow control.
  • Familiarity with relevant product compliance standards, including CE, UKCA, UL, NSF and RoHS.
  • Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI), FMEA and structured design reviews, and exposure to Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be a proactive, analytical and detail-oriented engineer who takes ownership of projects and enjoys working collaboratively across engineering and manufacturing teams. You will be comfortable balancing multiple priorities, solving practical technical problems and identifying opportunities to improve products and processes.

This role will suit someone who combines hands-on engineering capability with strong documentation and product development skills.
