This permanent position is responsible for leading the Product Support Engineering team and providing technical support for assembled products throughout the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day activities and priorities of the Product Support Engineering team. Train, develop, and support Product Support Engineers. Act as the primary escalation point for assembly-related product issues. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for assembly operations. Coordinate activities with design, quality, supply chain, production, and suppliers. Support supplier discussions relating to parts, sub-assemblies, and manufacturing. Represent the department at review meetings. Support production teams in achieving output and efficiency targets. Drive productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
