Product Support Engineer

I am recruiting on behalf of my client for a Product Support Engineer to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business supplying robust, high-quality mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment into the defence sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer with a strong manufacturing or mechanical engineering background who enjoys solving production challenges, improving manufacturing processes and supporting products throughout their operational lifecycle. As a Product Support Engineer, you''ll become a key member of the Production Engineering team, acting as the technical link between Design Engineering and Manufacturing. You''ll spend your time supporting production, investigating engineering issues, implementing product improvements and ensuring products remain efficient to manufacture while meeting demanding quality standards. This is a manufacturing-focused engineering position rather than a design role.
