This role is field-based across- South Wales. Salary: From -200 to -230 per day PAYE or from -265.27 to -305.06 per day UMB. Product Specialist Role: Help set up and install diagnostic systems in customer labs. Train lab scientists on how to use the systems. Fix technical problems and give support when customers need it. Help labs improve how they work through better workflow design. Carry out product maintenance, software updates and analytical reviews. Support the team with tenders, product demos and meetings with other companies.
