Talentmark are recruiting for a Product Specialist to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. This role is field-based across-South Wales.

Salary:
From -200 to -230 per day PAYE or from -265.27 to -305.06 per day UMB.

Product Specialist Role:

• Help set up and install diagnostic systems in customer labs.
• Train lab scientists on how to use the systems.
• Fix technical problems and give support when customers need it.
• Help labs improve how they work through better workflow design.
• Carry out product maintenance, software updates and analytical reviews.
• Support the team with tenders, product demos and meetings with other companies.

Your Background:

• You have a good understanding of medical diagnostics and lab best practice.
• You have experience fixing and supporting pathology lab systems.
• You stay calm under pressure and can handle changing priorities.
• You care about customers and build strong relationships.
• You hold a UK driving licence and passport.
