About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys understanding how systems, services, and people work together - and wants to help drive meaningful improvements through technology. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand operational processes, how the Product platform supports service delivery, and where enhancements can improve workflows and outcomes. The role sits between product, operations, and client engagement, offering exposure to real-world healthcare and social care challenges whilst developing valuable analytical and stakeholder management skills.
