We are working with a well-established but rapidly growing company in Castle Donington that is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join its commercial team. This is not an order-taking or customer service role. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will proactively develop existing customers, win back lapsed accounts, identify new business opportunities and increase spend across a broad product portfolio. You will have ownership of your customers, your pipeline and your results. What does the day to day of a product sales specialist look like? Proactively contact existing, lapsed and prospective customers Create new sales opportunities through regular outbound activity Develop and grow an assigned portfolio of accounts Identify opportunities to increase customer spend and cross-sell products Re-engage customers whose purchasing has reduced or stopped Follow up quotations, enquiries, campaigns and leads with urgency Qualify opportunities and progress them through to conversion Build relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers Prepare quotations and commercial proposals Negotiate confidently and ask for the business Maintain an active sales ..... full job details .....
