From assessing electrocution hazards and fire risks to checking labelling, user manuals, and environmental performance, your work will be varied and technically rewarding.Key Responsibilities Testing electrical and electronic products against safety standards (e.g. BS/EN IEC 61010, 60335, 62368, 60598)Evaluating product design for electrical, mechanical and thermal safety, including endurance testing of componentsAssessing electrocution hazards, fire risks, and environmental performance at temperature and humidityVerifying user manuals and product labelling for complianceWriting clear, accurate test reports and using calibrated laboratory equipmentWorking with manufacturers and designers to support product certification What You''ll Need BTEC, degree, or equivalent qualification in electrical or electronics ..... full job details .....
