Organise and prioritise workloads to ensure jobs progress efficiently and agreed deadlines are achieved. Maintain high standards of workmanship, finish and quality across all PRC activities. Inspect completed work and ensure it meets client requirements. Provide practical, hands-on support and guidance to the team. Support the development of team members through coaching, mentoring and sharing practical knowledge. Identify training and development requirements and opportunities to broaden team skills. Help develop and improve re-use, refurbishment and operational processes within the Centre. Identify and resolve production, quality and workflow issues. Ensure materials, components, tools and equipment are used appropriately and efficiently. Help minimise unnecessary material usage, damage, rework and waste. Liaise effectively with the Product Re-Use Centre Manager regarding workload, priorities, progress, resources and any issues affecting delivery.
