This is an opportunity to make a real impact within a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing environment.Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer product non-conformances, ensuring effective containment and resolution.Support manufacturing teams with frontline quality assurance and non-conformance management.Lead shop floor non-conformance reviews, escalating quality concerns as needed.Carry out operational surveillance to ensure compliance with manufacturing and quality standards.Monitor certification across manufacturing areas to maintain process adherence.Perform Gemba Walks and as-built verification checks to confirm product quality and compliance.
