The RoleWe are seeking a Product Owner to take ownership of two high-traffic websites with over 900 pages. This role is delivery focused and will involve shaping governance frameworks, managing external delivery partners, and ensuring the websites support an excellent customer experience. You will lead a small web team while moving the function away from reactive firefighting and into proactive delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesOwnership of two core websites including content structure functionality and governancePrioritisation of a clear backlog and delivery in partnership with external agenciesLine management of two direct reports Web and SEO Strategist and Web Marketing CoordinatorCollaboration with stakeholders across Marketing Product and IT to align digital experiences with business and customer needsImplementation of frameworks for website content updates editorial processes and compliance with accessibility SEO and data best practiceShaping of IA UX and content to improve engagement and conversion performanceKey ExperienceMinimum of three years experience in website management product delivery or editorial leadershipStrong CMS experience ideally WordPress or equivalent enterprise platforms such as Drupal Adobe Sitecore Hubspot Episerver or JoomlaProven track record of line management and workload prioritisationAbility to balance delivery priorities with longer term strategic changeConfident stakeholder management including influencing senior leaders and saying no where requiredEvidence of driving measurable improvements in engagement conversion or customer experience through website managementWhat’s on OfferBase salary of £65,00010% annual bonusHybrid working model with two days per week in the London Bridge officeOpportunity to lead a small web team while owning the delivery of high-impact websitesA role with visibility across the organisation and the chance to move a digital function from reactive to strategic deliveryPlease NoteWe are an equal opportunity employer.
