This role is ideally suited to someone with strong Oracle Simphony experience, or expertise with comparable enterprise POS platforms. The OpportunityYou''ll take ownership of the POS and Payments product roadmap, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver enhancements that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and commercial performance. The successful candidate will act as the subject matter expert for POS solutions, driving continuous improvement and ensuring maximum value is delivered from the platform.Key Responsibilities Own and prioritise the POS and Payments product roadmap and backlog.Lead the delivery of new POS and payment initiatives from concept through to implementation.Drive optimisation, adoption, and continuous improvement of POS capabilities.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into product enhancements.Work closely with vendors and technical teams to maximise platform performance and value.Ensure solutions remain aligned with operational, regulatory, and security requirements.
