This one asks you to build the model. Our client, a well-established UK insurer, is about to go live on a new claims platform. They want their first dedicated Product Owner to take claims out of programme mode and into genuine, long-term product ownership.  You''ll set the vision, shape the roadmap, and define what good product ownership looks like in a business where it hasn''t existed outside a programme before. As more product squads follow, yours becomes the template.   The Role    Own the claims product vision and roadmap, and turn business strategy into a prioritised backlog.  Lead the handover from programme delivery into continuous improvement, including reviewing and reshaping an inherited backlog of 100+ items.  Set up product ownership from the ground up: ways of working, decision rights, success measures and a clear North Star.
