Product Owner - Compliance, eDiscovery andamp; Information Governance Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Product Lead to support the delivery and adoption of enterprise-wide information governance, compliance, and data life cycle management capabilities. The role will work closely with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Security, and Architecture teams to define business requirements, drive solution adoption, and support the implementation of regulatory and operational controls across a large global organisation. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Management andamp; Requirements Gathering Engage with senior stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Technology, Security, Architecture, and other business functions to capture, validate, prioritise, and manage business requirements.Facilitate workshops and design discussions to ensure business needs are clearly understood and translated into functional and technical solutions.Act as the bridge between business and technology teams throughout the project life cycle. eDiscovery Define and document requirements for eDiscovery capabilities, including search, review, export, case management, and access controls.Work with technical teams to ensure solutions meet legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.Support the design and optimisation of eDiscovery processes and user experience .
