As we continue to grow, we''re looking for a Product Owner to join our Product team and play a key role in shaping how our platform connects with the wider HR technology ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity for a Product Owner who enjoys working with APIs, data, integrations and SaaS technology, while collaborating closely with Engineering, Customer Operations and Commercial teams. The Role As Product Owner, you''ll own the roadmap for integrations, reporting and data capabilities across the Talos platform. You''ll work with customers, stakeholders and development teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve connectivity, data insight and customer value. Key Responsibilities Own and prioritise the Integrations and Reporting product backlogs. Drive the growth and development of the Talos Marketplace and integration ecosystem. Define requirements and user stories for new product enhancements. Work closely with Engineering teams to deliver high-quality product releases. Collaborate with third-party software providers and technology partners. Develop reporting and data solutions that help customers gain greater insight from their recruitment activity.
