This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and analytical professional to play a key role in the continuous development and enhancement of products and supporting systems, driving business improvements and delivering tangible benefits. Working closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, you will be responsible for analysing business requirements, improving processes, supporting solution development and ensuring the successful delivery of product enhancements.Previous Experience: 5+ years'' experience in a Junior Product Owner or Business Analyst position Essential Experience Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work at a detailed level across complex business functions.Capable of: identifying and challenging the effectiveness of existing ways of working; of proposing improvements; and of achieving buy-in from stakeholders.Experience working within agile development methodologies.Experience working with third party suppliers and off-shore teams.Experience of end-to-end project delivery.Understands and applies risk management techniques.Demonstrates and applies principles of data governance.
