You''ll work closely with engineering, stakeholders and leadership to shape product direction, prioritise delivery and ensure solutions create real value for customers.What you''ll be doingOwn and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring work aligns with business objectives.Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.Work closely with developers and stakeholders throughout the full product delivery lifecycle, from discovery through to release and UAT.Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.Balance customer needs, commercial priorities and technical considerations when making product decisions.Use customer feedback and data to continuously improve the product and user experience.Build strong relationships across the business and become the voice of the customer within the development team.What we''re looking forPrevious experience as a Product Owner within a small or medium-sized business or a lean product ..... full job details .....
