Product Owner - IoT - Global High Tech Manufacturing Salary: £75,000-£85,000 per annum Location: Hatfield - 2 days onsite/3 days working from home A leading global engineering and technology organisation is looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of a customer-facing IoT platform. You will act as the link between customers, business stakeholders and software development teams. You''ll define the product roadmap, decide which features should be prioritised and ensure customer needs are turned into clear requirements for developers. This role requires strong Product Owner or Product Management experience, alongside knowledge of IoT and HVAC or building technology. Key Responsibilities Own and deliver the product vision, strategy and roadmap. Understand customer and stakeholder needs. Manage and prioritise the product backlog. Turn business needs into user stories and clear requirements. Work closely with software developers, designers, testers and other teams. Lead new products and features from idea through to launch. Use customer feedback and product data to identify improvements. Balance customer needs with technical and commercial priorities. Monitor product performance after launch. Keep up to date with competitors and industry developments. Manage delivery risks, priorities and dependencies. Essential Experience At least five years'' experience in product development.
