      <description>Location: Bedford | Salary: &amp;pound;80000 - &amp;pound;90000/annum | Type: Permanent | Product Owner   Location: -Beford (Hybrid)  Salary: -up to -90,000  Contract: -12-month FTC  A Product Owner is required to take ownership of a business-critical incentive and performance platform, ensuring it operates accurately, consistently, and effectively across a complex organisation.  This is a highly visible role, focused on stabilising and improving an established product, driving operational excellence, and rebuilding stakeholder confidence. You will work across multiple business functions, owning the end-to-end service, prioritising improvements, and ensuring the platform continues to support business performance and colleague engagement.
