This role sits right at the centre of that change, working alongside major transformation partners and cross-functional digital teams.The successful candidate will own the end-to-end claims product roadmap and drive continuous improvement within an agreed change budget, balancing near-term system stabilisation with a multi-year roadmap towards automation, AI-assisted decision making and straight-through processing (STP) for low-complexity claims.
