As a Product Owner at Buyapowa, you’ll help us organize, prioritize, and drive the work for our development team. You’ll be responsible for iterating on existing functionality and defining new features to meet our business goals and help us scale globally. Working closely with designers, engineers, analysts, and stakeholders, you’ll ensure we build the right things, in the right order, for maximum impact. This role sits at the heart of product innovation, strategy, and execution. If you’re analytical, collaborative, and love solving problems that matter—read on.What You’ll Do

Define and communicate the product vision, objectives, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and stakeholder needs.Undertake product discovery and research to identify opportunities, validate ideas, and shape product direction.Incorporate feature requests, client/user feedback, and market insights into the roadmap.Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility when making prioritization decisions.Develop clear user stories and acceptance criteria that translate customer needs into actionable development work.Maintain and prioritize the backlog to ensure the team is focused on delivering the most valuable work.Work closely with the development squad, participating in stand-ups, planning, refinement, and retrospectives.Define product KPIs, gather insights, and use data to drive continual improvement.Collaborate with analytics to define tracking and reporting requirements, and use experimentation (e.g., A/B testing) to validate impact.Manage the product lifecycle from idea to launch, and oversee ongoing optimization.Engage stakeholders to capture requirements, manage expectations, and clearly communicate progress.Identify, capture, and prioritize live issues, balancing stability with forward product momentum.You Are

Strongly analytical, able to turn quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights.A confident decision-maker who can balance competing priorities and isn’t afraid to say “no.”A great communicator and stakeholder manager who can influence without authority.Organized and comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once.Familiar with Agile delivery practices and tools like Shortcut, Jira or Trello.Comfortable working with engineers and familiar with technologies like HTML, Ruby, React, or JavaScript.Knowledgeable about user experience methodologies and how to apply them to product design.Commercially aware, curious about product growth, retention, and customer value.Someone with a discovery mindset who loves testing, learning, and iterating.Bonus Points For

Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4).Experience in a B2B SaaS environment or with scaling digital products.Familiarity with aligning roadmaps with OKRs or business KPIs.Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation methods.Benefits Of Working With Us
