Product Modeller

Our OEM Client based in Gaydon, is searching for a Product Modeller to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract position with a proposed end date of 31st March 2027.Umbrella Pay Rate: £28.43 per hour.Duties:Product Information (PI) is the beating heart of our business. As a department we are responsible for the delivery of coherent and timely Product Specification and Bill of Materials in line with Programme timing.As a Product Modeller, you are responsible for all virtual configurations and early Bill of Material quality for all vehicle lines at the company. The team support each Engineering area (Tech Centre). They have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of which parts/commodities are fitted to which specifications of vehicles and for which markets.They will have to provide coaching and support to the Engineering areas on content coding to enable robust downstream consumption. They have a direct impact on vehicle build quality and success at the Manufacturing plants. The Product Modellers are responsible for delivery of Virtual Series Models to deliver virtual build events of the highest quality.
