Summary:We’re seeking an experienced leader to help empower people and businesses to connect and create economic value. The Product Marketing Lead, Catalog will support the Catalog Product area with the vision for Meta to be best-in-class in delivering advertiser and user value using product and business data. Catalog is an effective way to offer shoppers rich product experiences to help them discover and connect with businesses on Meta’s surfaces. This includes strengthening our core capabilities and investing in new initiatives from the foundational platform to manage product information efficiently to effortless onboarding, more intelligent applications and seamless advertiser experience. This area drives value across a variety of use cases from Ads, Conversational Commerce and Business AI Agents to name a few.As the ideal candidate, you will have experience closely partnering with product and sales leaders on developing portfolio-level product strategies across technical enterprise business tools, and will be responsible for leading a team of product marketers that influence product development and lead go-to-market strategy. You will need to be an experienced, hands-on operational manager who is able to execute against business objectives while growing and developing individuals. Strategic thinking skills, cross-functional leadership, analytical and communication skills, ability to lead and influence multiple concurrent projects, and experience with ambiguity are a must.Required Skills:Product Marketing Lead, Catalog Responsibilities:Lead, manage and grow a high-performing business product marketing team based in the UK

Drive multi-year product strategies at the portfolio level and shepherd product development across ideation, alpha, beta and launch, working with Product, Engineering, Marketing Communications, and other cross-functional partners to bring our products to market

Serve as a go-to contact with executive management of partner, product, sales, communications, and marketing organizations and independently develop relationships

Lead product and engineering teams to understand and build empathy for our global customers through market research, data, customer insights and stories, inspiring our teams to bring customers to the centre of every product and feature we launch

Partner with cross-functional team leaders to develop go-to-market plans globally and ''quarterback'' launches to drive adoption of our advertising solutions

Effectively communicate across the organization and execute on priorities with agility to evolve with business needs

Minimum Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:12+ years professional experience in technology, advertising, digital marketing industry or in management consulting working with these verticals

Experience mentoring and leading a high-performing team

Product Marketing or Product Management experience in the web technology sector, with experience contributing at strategic, operational and tactical levels

Experience presenting to large groups/executives

Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally with an array of internal and external teams

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:Preferred Qualifications:Experience selecting, attracting, motivating, retaining, and developing team members

Experience illustrating high-accountability in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace

Masters degree (MS/MBA)

Experience influencing and communicating cross-functionally and with management at all levels

Experience appraising the strengths and weaknesses of team members and building a high-performing team that complements each other to achieve outstanding results
