Product Marketing Executive

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the main tasks include leading our event management and strategy, ensuring that both virtual and in-person events are effectively integrated into the wider marketing mix to deepen customer engagement and amplify campaign impact. You will lead the social media marketing planning and execution, capturing content for our channels and sharing them consistently throughout the year. You will assist at developing, planning and executing holistic and comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to develop customer awareness, knowledge and understanding, through a series of marketing elements that take the customer on a journey that brings them closer to the organisation. Key metrics would be around moving customers and potential customers through the Awareness, Interest, Desire, Action (AIDA) funnel and converting them into advocates for the business and loyal repeat customers in support of our sales teams and regional representatives. Essential Experience Events: Lead the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events Metrics and Reporting Developing metrics to analyse how customers move through the opportunity funnel Report on marketing budgets and measurable objectives for marketing campaigns. Multi-Channel Campaigns Driving the planning, execution and monitoring of multi-channel campaigns to ensure a clear customer journey.
