Effectively working towards a group sales strategy utilising sales analytics and data to allow for a more proactive approach. Completion and presentation of regular category reviews, analysing performance against previous targets and identifying opportunity to close performance gaps. Managing the product portfolio, focusing on new product introduction, through cradle-to-grave process and managing excess and obsolete products, gap analysis and duplication''s.
