Product manager (CRM portfolio and technical services) Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire (office based/hybrid) Job type: Permanent, full time Salary: up to £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience The role We are recruiting a technically credible Product Manager to work for a reputable business in the St Ives area. This is a genuinely distinctive product management role sitting at the intersection of technical capability, service delivery, and commercial performance rather than in the world of software or SaaS. You will take ownership of a portfolio of technical services and solutions, including testing, micro machining, and specialised CRM and service offerings, acting as the bridge between technical teams, operations, digital and content functions, and commercial leadership. The core of this role is translating complex, often bespoke technical capabilities into scalable, clearly defined, and commercially effective product offers. This position will suit a technically grounded individual who has developed strong commercial instincts not the other way around.
