Reports to: Sr Product Manager LeadWhy Join Omnicell? We are looking for a Product Manager - Medication Adherence to join our product management team, where you\''ll lead the development and optimisation of our medication adherence solutions, working closely with customers, tech partners, and commercial teams to deliver products that change lives.Overview

This is a mission driven role. Outline the core responsibilities of the role, focusing on outcomes and impact, not just tasks. As a Medication Adherence Product Manager you will:Responsibilities

Own the medication adherence portfolio, including hardware and digital solutions for patients in the community, increasing mindshare internally and externallyResponsible for product line forecasting and revenueAssess market priorities including new market entry and market focusEnable product cocreation with some key customersUnderstand market problems and build (USP - Unique Selling Proposition)Market research, competitive landscape, technology and market assessmentWork with engineering team and business partners to build product roadmap and share with the cross functional team and distributorsAssess market demands and user needs. Work with product marketing to build customized marketing strategiesCollaborate with product marketing to build sales tools, value proposition, sales presentations, battle cards and ensure sales readiness including enabling distribution partnersLaunch new products in alignment with marketing and provide all relevant content so that marketing can develop customer facing materialsResearch and understand new market trends. Work with the engineering team to improve and enhance product featuresAssess latest technologies and partnership opportunities to complement the existing portfolioAlign with Business Operations to ensure reporting of sales funnels to business requirementsDefine Product, Positioning, Buying Process, Buyer Personas, User Personas, Requirements, Use Scenarios, Launch PlansProactively work with country field marketing managers to commercialize solutions and deliver them to the Hospital marketPartner with programme management to drive the End-to-end product lifecycle and release programme direction and execution through the core teamResponsible for all major release/programme decisions to ensure end-to-end success (e.g., schedule, product features, testing levels, market launch)Drive successful completion of projects, own customer acceptance of final product releaseQualifications

A self-starter who is able to work independentlyStrong communication and leadership skills essential for delivering results and driving success in a matrix organizationDemonstrate critical thinking skills. Able to accurately analyze information and make sound decisionsSome experience in a product management and product adoption or similar project management role, Bachelor\''s Degree in Healthcare, Business, IT or related field or equivalent combination of experience and educationUnderstanding of Agile product development process would be a plusStrong understanding of medication adherence challenges and interventionsKnowledge of FHIR, HL7, and other healthcare data interoperability standardsHow You\''ll Elevate at Omnicell

Office environment: remoteTravel: 25-30% primarily to UK and within Europe, occasional travel further afield to Asia Pacific, Middle East and North America may be required.About Us
