Product Manager

Summary We''re looking for a Product Manager to join our ambitious Individual Giving team on a permanent full-time basis. As we continue to grow and optimise our programme, this role will help deliver outstanding supporter experiences and sustainable income growth. Reporting to the Head of Individual Giving, you''ll manage and develop key products including Adopt a Plot and Plant a Tree, ensuring strong supporter engagement, financial performance and long-term value. You''ll have experience developing Individual Giving products and creating audience-focused supporter journeys across acquisition, stewardship, retention and renewal. Using donor insight, data and performance analysis, you''ll identify opportunities to improve engagement, maximise lifetime value and drive continuous improvement. Comfortable working in an agile environment, you''ll take a test-and-learn approach to optimise ROI, net income and long-term growth. You''ll also be confident managing budgets, forecasts and targets, balancing short-term priorities with sustainable performance. A collaborative relationship-builder, you''ll work across teams to deliver integrated fundraising and stewardship activities, championing excellent supporter experiences both digitally and at our places. Combining strategic thinking with practical delivery, you''ll be skilled at managing projects, solving problems and driving improvements.
