The RoleThis is a true end-to-end Product Manager position focused on guest experience and new proposition development; you won''t inherit a single defined product, instead, you''ll shape, evolve and launch new membership and on-site propositions designed to enhance customer experience and drive revenue. Key responsibilities include: Product Development and InnovationLead development of new guest propositions (e.g. pitch upgrades, early arrival/late departure, new accommodation concepts such as glamping)Explore and test new market opportunitiesTranslate customer insight into commercially viable product propositionsAssess feasibility across 80+ locationsOwn initiatives from concept through to rollout Customer Experience FocusChampion a customer-first mindset across all initiativesImprove the end-to-end journey across digital and physical touchpointsEnsure propositions ..... full job details .....
