You''ll work closely with customers, developers, and senior stakeholders to understand the challenges faced by users across SEND, education and local authority environments, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn customer needs into valuable product solutions. For this role, strong SEND sector knowledge and practical experience is the key priority.
