Role: Product ManagerSalary: Up to £80,000 + packageLocation: Leeds (Hybrid 1-2 days onsite)Fruition are currently recruiting for a scaling technology first organisation based in Leeds. My client are highly regarded in their industry and they are investing heavily in their key product offering. This role is very much a Product Manager role in the truest sense, where you will take ownership of a product roadmap from end-to-end: shaping strategy, running discovery, delivering iteratively with Engineering and Design, and measuring impact. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Product ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesOwn the vision and strategy for your product area (3-6 month horizon), aligned to organisational priorities.Maintain an outcome-based roadmap with hypotheses, success measures, and clear sequencing.Run continuous discovery: customer interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and frontline insight.Validate problem statements and solution options using lightweight experiments where appropriate.
