Working closely with internal teams and strategic partners, you''ll balance customer experience, compliance and risk management, ensuring we stay ahead of emerging threats while supporting responsible gaming and operational excellence. What You''ll Be Doing Own the Fraud and Payments Roadmap Define and deliver the strategic roadmap for fraud, payments and customer protection. Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, payment performance and fraud controls. Drive initiatives that reduce operational risk while enhancing customer satisfaction. Lead Operational Excellence Manage the relationship with our outsourced fraud and payments partner, PTMS. Monitor service levels, customer outcomes, fraud trends and operational performance.
