As Group Product Manager for Payments and Fintech, you''ll shape how small businesses get paid, manage payments and access capital through Sage. You''ll set the product vision, drive delivery and lead a cross-functional team to create smarter, more seamless financial experiences; starting in the UK and Ireland, expanding into Canada, and with global ambitions. This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week in our Newcastle office. What you''ll do: • Set the strategy: Define and deliver the payments and fintech roadmap across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Access to Capital. • Drive commercial impact: Own portfolio outcomes, growing payments adoption, revenue opportunities and customer retention. • Create better experiences: Use customer insight, experimentation and AI-powered workflows to simplify financial tasks and help customers manage cash flow. • Build for scale: Partner with global platform and engineering teams to develop reusable payment capabilities, APIs and experiences that work across markets. • Lead through influence: Align Product, Engineering, Design, Commerce, Mobile, Marketing and external partners around a shared vision. • Navigate complexity: Balance customer needs, commercial priorities, ..... full job details .....
