Product Manager, Emergency Care Transport - UKandIRole overview: Product Manager, Emergency Care Transport UKandI at Stryker. This role develops marketing plans and activities for the product lines to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. It involves market research, pricing strategies, and collaboration with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop or enhance products/lines. Travel to the UK and Ireland is required, with regular head office visits to Newbury and some international travel; overall travel is about 30%.
What you will be doing
Develop Commercialization / Annual Marketing Plans that demonstrate growth opportunities and the tactics to deliver them; build a commercial Sales and Annual Marketing Plan with Sales Leadership; communicate plans to sales teams, regional marketing teams and divisions to ensure alignment and execution.
Continually monitor market size, share and trends and make recommendations on market opportunity and strategic focus areas; incorporate into marketing strategy.
Gain market insights through VOC with customers, KOLs and organizations; translate insights into future business strategy and adjust marketing strategy with the sales team as healthcare environments change.
Understand key competitors and customer groups; articulate how the product adds value and how marketing channels impact business implications.
Track and report results/KPIs to leadership and sales; understand competitive dynamics in the market.
Collaborate with sales training to set product training strategy; provide analytical support to set price; articulate communications outcomes with MarCom; develop short- and long-range improvement goals for the product management team and create action plans.

What you will need
3+ years of either marketing and/or medical device sales experience.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects with established timelines.
Persuasive abilities in the absence of formal authority; ability to work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
A full, valid UK driver’s license.
