Product Manager - Customer JourneyStockport | Hybrid - 2 days per week Up to £65,000 + 16% bonus + benefitsWe are recruiting for a Product Manager to join a leading UK insurance organisation and help improve the way customers, advisers and brokers access support.The business receives 100,000+ calls every month, so there''s a huge opportunity to improve customer journeys, increase self-service and reduce unnecessary calls.This is a strategic Product Manager role, with around 80% Product Management and 20% Product Ownership.
