We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Checkout team on a 10-month fixed-term contract. You will own and evolve critical parts of the customer journey, solve meaningful user problems, deliver measurable outcomes, and help Moonpig continue its mission to become the Ultimate Gifting Companion. You’ll work with a cross-functional squad of Designers, Engineers, Analysts, Researchers and Data Scientists to optimise the checkout experience for millions of customers, using experimentation, insights and customer-centric design.Key responsibilities
Lead the discovery, design and delivery of features that improve the checkout experienceLeverage AI tools to enhance ideation, content creation, and insightsRun A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and improve outcomesPartner with marketing and commercial teams to support launches and boost adoptionCommunicate priorities and progress clearly across the businessChampion customer needs throughout the product development lifecycleAbout you
Proven experience as a Product Manager in a digital or ecommerce environmentSkilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science)Strong problem-solving mindset focused on customer needsConfident using data and experimentation to guide decisionsExcellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholdersFamiliar with A/B testing tools and methodologiesBonus points
Experience in ecommerce or high-volume digital productsFamiliarity with AI tools in product workflowsTechnology environment
Cloud-native architectureMicroservices-based infrastructureTest-and-learn culture driven by experimentationCollaborative squads with a strong agile mindsetWorking approach
