You''ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to shape product priorities and deliver digital services that meet user and business needs. This is a hands-on role combining product strategy, roadmap ownership and close collaboration with stakeholders and delivery teams. The role You''ll develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritise the backlog and translate user needs into clear requirements. Working closely with engineering, design, user research and delivery colleagues, you''ll help the team focus on the right problems and deliver measurable improvements. You''ll also manage stakeholder expectations, communicate priorities and trade-offs, and use research, feedback and performance data to inform product decisions. What we''re looking for Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering digital products or services within agile, multidisciplinary teams. Strong experience defining product roadmaps, prioritising backlogs and balancing competing requirements. An evidence-led approach, using user research and data to guide decisions and measure success.
