You''ll lead a small team and work closely with BD, Marketing, Data, Engineering and Architecture to improve CRM adoption, data quality, automation and the overall client journey. Key responsibilities  Own the CRM product strategy, roadmap and backlog. Lead and develop a small CRM platform team. Drive adoption, user experience and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for automation, AI and improved client journeys. Improve CRM data quality, governance and integrations.
