Product Manager

Are you a Product Manager who enjoys taking ownership of business systems, shaping roadmaps and finding better ways for technology to support an organisation? This is a newly created Product Manager role where you''ll take ownership of a portfolio of internal products across Finance, HR and Property Management. Your focus will be on maximising the value of these systems, improving how they work together and ensuring new functionality translates into genuine business improvements. What you''ll be doing Own and develop product roadmaps across a portfolio of internal business systems. Build strong relationships with Finance, HR, Property and Technology stakeholders. Understand business challenges and identify where existing products can solve them. Work closely with suppliers, keeping ahead of new features and influencing their roadmaps where possible. Identify opportunities to automate processes and remove unnecessary manual work. Work alongside Business Analysts and Project Managers to deliver larger change initiatives. Support the evaluation and selection of future platforms, including planned changes within the finance systems landscape. Become the internal product expert, understanding how changes to one system could impact the wider technology estate.
