AliveDx is recruiting for a Product Manager to join our Commercial team based near Edinburgh (EH26 0BF). The Product Manager will be responsible for leading upstream marketing initiatives and lifecycle strategy across the ALBA product portfolio and will serve as the strategic link between customer needs, market insights, and product development, ensuring that product roadmaps are aligned with commercial opportunities, regulatory pathways, and long-term business objectives.The role is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week.Your Mission

Your main responsibilities will include:Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.Work closely with RandD, regulatory, and clinical teams to guide product development and ensure alignment with market requirements.Manage products from launch through obsolescence, ensuring sustained performance, clinical relevance, and profitability.Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of new products and updates.Lead the strategic planning and execution of upstream marketing activities including voice of customer (VoC) gathering, competitive analysis, and market segmentation to define and prioritize product opportunities.Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and threats.Communicate product plans, status, and updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Act as the product champion internally and externally, representing the product line at conferences, customer meetings, and other events.Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.Provide training and support to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively promote the products.Ensure all products comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.Your Competencies / Qualifications

Bachelor/master’s degree in Life Science, Medical Technology, Business Administration or related discipline.Relevant experience of working within invitro diagnostics/transfusion diagnostics industry.A proven track record of leading and delivering projects within timescales (Lean/Six Sigma beneficial).Strong commercial and marketing skills with the ability to build and defend business cases with strong financial acumen.A leader who is a team player, strong communicator, motivated and results-orientated.Ability to travel globally up to 25% of the time.What We Offer
