As the business enters an exciting phase of commercial growth, we''re seeking a Product Lifecycle Manager (PLM) to become the voice of the customer internally and the face of the business externally. This is a highly commercial, customer-facing role sitting at the intersection of technology, product and market strategy. Rather than focusing on day-to-day product delivery, you''ll own the product throughout its lifecycle, ensuring customer needs, commercial opportunities and evolving regulatory requirements shape the future development of both the company''s lidar technology and its cloud-based reporting platform. Working closely with customers, engineering, software, hardware, photonics, electronics and commercial teams, you''ll identify market opportunities, understand how customers derive value from the technology and influence future product direction. You''ll ensure the product continues to evolve in line with customer feedback, industry trends and changing legislation, balancing technical innovation with commercial success.
