We''re exclusively partnering with a fast-growing B2B SaaS business to find a Product Lead to own their CAFM Reactive Helpdesk product - complete with an integrated Field Service Management (FSM) mobile platform. This is a genuinely hands-on, leadership role sitting at the intersection of Product Management, Business Analysis and Delivery - leading two Product Managers, owning the roadmap, and driving structured project delivery across client onboarding and platform development. What You''ll Own The end-to-end CAFM helpdesk / FSM product roadmap, balancing client need, commercial value and platform stability Requirements elicitation with clients and internal stakeholders - user stories, process maps, functional specs, acceptance criteria Structured project delivery: client onboarding, platform rollouts, governance, RAID logs and stakeholder communication Line management and mentorship of two Product Managers, shaping how the wider PM function operates What We''re Looking For Proven experience leading a product team, with direct line management Strong working knowledge of CAFM, reactive maintenance, or FSM (Mobile) ..... full job details .....
