In this role, you will lead and execute root-cause failure investigations on returned medical device products-specifically blood glucose monitoring platforms, including meters, strips, and sensor technologies. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance, driving product quality improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as RandD and Operations to eliminate failure modes on current and future on-market designs.Key ResponsibilitiesConducts all complaint investigation activities with regard to all blood glucose monitoring platforms (meter, strip and sensor technology) ensuring that the equipment is appropriately installed and maintained and that complaint investigations are completed according to procedures, in a timely manner, ensuring appropriate prioritisation. Be trained to investigate product from all ADC product linesSafely troubleshoot complaint returns to determine root causes (where possible) of failures using schematic diagrams and equipment such as soldering irons, drill presses, microscopes, oscilloscopes, software applications and other equipment while wearing appropriate protective equipmentTo be individually accountable for the quality and efficiency of their own actions whilst performing all ..... full job details .....
