As part of Odevo, Dwellant are looking for an experienced concierge to provide support to users of Concierge HV. Concierge HV is a high-volume management system used in residential and commercial buildings to handle packages, keys, and visitors efficiently through automation, security, and digital tracking. You will be part of a team installing and delivering application support, ensuring SLAs are met whilst providing an exceptional level of customer service and building good relations with our users.Duties Will Include

Technical support on site (clients offices nationwide)In person training with the customer is a requirement of the role (clients offices nationwide)Installation of HV equipment as requiredSupport users with Concierge HV inquiries via email and/or phoneProvide support to the Dwellant Concierge HV SpecialistShare Concierge HV product knowledge and new solutions with the Support TeamPack and distribute the hardware kit and consumables and deliver them to the client site(s) (by courier)Maintain an inventory of Concierge HV consumables and hardwareExperience Required

An understanding of how customer support services workPrevious experience of working within a concierge positionThe desire to learnEmpathy and understanding of othersEnthusiasm to train customers and othersGood listening and communication skillsAn eye for detail and a liking to problem-solveExcellent time management and able to manage multiple tasksThe willingness to improve and be part of a teamHow To Apply
