      <description>Location: Worcester | Salary: &amp;pound;50000 - &amp;pound;70000/annum +Benefits | Type: Permanent | Product Engineer    Job ID: 42008     Worcester    Full time, permanent     -50,000 to -70,000 per annum    Our client develops and maintains the dimensional integrity of investment castings. Engineering and technical support for a family of Industrial Gas Turbine (IGT) castings in our Turbine Aerofoils Business. The role supports new product development as well as legacy product improvement.   Key Responsibilities:      Development of parts and processes to meet specification requirements for all dimensional aspects of product.   Provide program management for an individual portfolio of parts.   Continuously reduce cost to manufacture through improvement projects and waste reduction activities.   Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and provide root cause analysis and corrective actions.   Develop and create written manufacturing process instructions for investment cast products.
