Our interview process is simple, just two rounds and no coding tests.The first round is a chat with our CTO and a software engineer - there will be some “tell us about a time when…” questions around your experience building web applications and plenty of opportunities for you to find out more about Florence.The second round is a chat with one of our product managers and someone else from the team. This is more informal and gives you an opportunity to meet more of the team.
