This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering professional to join a forward-thinking business, supporting the development and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes within a technically advanced production environment. The Role Reporting to the Product Engineering Team Leader, you will play a key role in developing, implementing and maintaining best practice across product engineering activities. You will work closely with production, quality and customer-facing teams to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, meet customer requirements and achieve the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain robust manufacturing processes and engineering standards. Provide technical support to production teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products. Manage engineering projects and product-related programmes from concept through to implementation. Utilise CAD, CNC and 3D modelling tools to support manufacturing activities. Apply Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to identify and resolve manufacturing issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap, rework and process variation.
